We currently ship to customers within the United States.

Once your order is placed and processed, we're unable to edit the items in your order or fully cancel your order as we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If you have any questions, please email our support team at care@glenari.com—
while we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations, we will do our best to help!

We fulfill all orders within 1–5 business days, though this may vary during holidays,
severe weather, or unexpected delays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a
tracking number via email and/or text.

Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order. Typically, rates range from $4.50 to $10 for packages up to 3 lbs, plus $1 for each additional pound.

If you notice an issue with your products or anything in the order that appears incorrect, please contact our support team at care@glenari.com and include a photograph with a brief explanation.  We will review your claim and notify you of the approval or rejection of a replacement or refund. If your claim is approved: Replacement: We will ship a new order within 3 business days.

Refund: A credit will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Glenari products are rigorously tested to meet the highest standards for safety and
quality, and are verified to meet pecifications for identity, purity, strength, and composition — so you can trust that what’s on the label is what’s
in the supplement.
