Refund policy

We want every Glenari ritual to feel right for you. If something goes wrong with your order, we will make it right within the framework of this policy.

Eligibility Window

  • Claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 
  • Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense and are either replaced or fully refunded.

How to File a Claim

To submit a claim, email us at care@glenari.com with:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A short explanation of the issue
  • A clear photo of the product (if applicable)

We will review your request and notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved replacements: a new order will ship within 3 business days.
  • Approved refunds: a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Exemptions (Non-Refundable & Non-Replaceable Cases)

We will not grant a refund, credit, or replacement in the following cases:

  • Wrong Address – If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.
  • Unclaimed Orders – Shipments returned because they were not collected. Reshipment costs are your responsibility.
  • Change of Mind – We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Since supplements cannot be resold once shipped, exchanges are not accepted.
  • Order in Production – Once an order has been accepted and is already in preparation, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Undeliverable by Courier – If the shipment is abandoned or destroyed due to issues attributable to the recipient (e.g., unreachable, missing contact details, refusal to accept delivery), no refund or replacement can be issued.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after confirmation:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — processing time can vary.
  3. Contact your bank — there may be additional posting delays. If you have done all this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at care@glenari.com

Purchases from Other Retailers

If you purchased Glenari products from another retailer (not directly on www.glenari.com), their refund and return policy will apply.

Fraud Prevention

Any signs of fraudulent or abusive refund activity will void eligibility. Glenari reserves the right to determine the outcome of each request.
