Shipping policy

1. U.S.-Only Shipping

Glenari currently ships to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time, and we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed the following business day. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or promotional events.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once processed, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the performance of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for carrier-related delays.

4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with third-party carriers, such as USPS and UPS, for delivery services. Carrier selection may vary based on the shipping address and order contents.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the order has shipped.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address error or delivery refusal, you may be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

7. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable, including in cases of carrier delay or delivery failure outside our control.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at care@glenari.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Glenari is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported missing.

9. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery (e.g. incorrect address, refusal, unclaimed), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and any reshipping fees.
